Class Schedule

  • Students may come on days listed in accordance with their program and current rank.

  • Students should arrive 10 minutes early to stretch and warm up.

  • Class end times can vary by ~ 5 minutes.

  • Saturday classes may be cancelled due to promotional testing, competitions, or other special events. Please see an instructor or the front door for advance notices.

  • If you have questions on setting the best schedule for you or your child please see an instructor.

  • Private lessons must be scheduled in advance!

  • A-Week is for training on Martial art forms, general training, and self-defense techniques

  • B-Week is for Kicking combos, sparring drills, and sparring so bring your sparring gear to participate.

  • Please Note: The curriculum for A & B weeks are for Intermediate and Advance students only. Beginner students (White and yellow belts) will not be sparring on B week with a partner . They will be preparing for sparring when they advance to intermediate level (orange belt)
