Class Schedule
Students may come on days listed in accordance with their program and current rank.
Students should arrive 10 minutes early to stretch and warm up.
Class end times can vary by ~ 5 minutes.
Saturday classes may be cancelled due to promotional testing, competitions, or other special events. Please see an instructor or the front door for advance notices.

Private lessons must be scheduled in advance!
A-Week is for training on Martial art forms, general training, and self-defense techniques
B-Week is for Kicking combos, sparring drills, and sparring so bring your sparring gear to participate.
Please Note: The curriculum for A & B weeks are for Intermediate and Advance students only. Beginner students (White and yellow belts) will not be sparring on B week with a partner . They will be preparing for sparring when they advance to intermediate level (orange belt)
